Join us for a Wine Tasting Evening on November 23rd at The Wild Geese Restaurant Adare.

This will be a red wine evening—a Malbec evening. It’s an autumnal, meaty, savoury event, with a chance to try some full-flavoured, mellow reds and get to know a leading estate for French Malbec.

We have prepared a special menu for the evening and wines will be paired by Charlotte Guérin, Export Manager at Clos Triguedina, a leading estate for French Malbec.

Julian Alubaidy from Bubble Brothers and Charlotte will introduce the wines and answer any questions and will then leave you to concentrate on the pleasures of the meal.

Roast Marinated Loin of Venison served with Savoy Cabbage, Potato Rosti and a Red Wine and Chocolate Sauce paired with Clos Triguedina Cahors 2012   

Iced Raspberry Parfait served with a Winter Berry Compote paired with Clos Triguedina Malbec Rose Cahors 2014
